Records are made to be broken, but Kai Berry is currently dismantling them. Competing on her home track, Berry delivered an explosive performance in the 100m dash, winning the event in a blistering 12.30s*. The mark officially erases the previous school record of 12.33s which had stood since 2006.

Berry proved her range later in the day by clocking a massive personal best of 25.53 in the 200m. This performance skyrockets her up the Cuyamaca All-Time Top 10 list.
