As part of the meeting, the Board heard a report from President Jessica Robinson and Tonie Campbell, Dean of Athletics, Kinesiology, and Health Education, spotlighting the District's DEI efforts at Cuyamaca College and the continued growth of student participation in athletics.

Alonna Bush, a Cuyamaca College women's track and field student-athlete, provided a testimonial describing how athletics has created opportunity and an inclusive community on campus.

Cuyamaca Athletics appreciates the District's continued support of student-athletes and programs that strengthen access, representation, and community across campus.
