Jamie Adams was named Cuyamaca's head athletic trainer in July 2013. Prior to joining the Coyote family, she served five years as the assistant athletic trainer for the Sports Clubs program at UC San Diego. Adams has also spent time at Templeton High School in Templeton, CA, and worked with USA Water Polo. While with USA Water Polo, she traveled to several international competitions including the World University Games in Shenzen, China, and the Junior Pan-Am Games in Montreal, Canada. Adams is an approved Graston Technique Provider and a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. In addition, she is a preceptor for the San Diego State University Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP). Adams also serves on several committees, including the National Athletic Trainers' Association Ethics Council and the California Athletic Trainers Association's Governmental Affairs Legislative Action Team. Adams received a bachelor's degree in sports sciences with an emphasis in athletic training from University of the Pacific before earning a master's in education leadership at Northern Arizona University.
